Le Delizie di Gaya was created in 2008 by the spouses, Barbara and Valter, who wished to combine their knowledge and passions. Valter, has thirty years of experience in the salts sector of a well-known food company and Barbara graduated from cooking school, with a passion for the culinary arts.

 

 

Careful selection of raw materials and accurate craftsmanship, coupled with modern technologies (at all stages of the production process) are our trademark practice and above all the main reason for the excellent quality of our products.

 

Le Delizie di Gaya produces:

 

  • Frozen, in a modified climate, baking products (breads, focacce, buns, pizzas, savory pies, omelettes, pies and biscuits).
  • Frozen fresh pasta (tagliolini, ravioli, gnocchi, tortellini).
